About the role:  

This role will guide a portfolio of high-value accounts through the dynamic landscape of online social advertising, ensuring enhanced visibility, traffic, and conversions while maintaining a workable return on associated ad spend. Working closely with account managers, your task is to recommend and execute advanced social ad strategies that reflect best practices and align with our client’s objectives. Your role involves not just leveraging years of experience but also adapting to evolving technologies and platform features.

Day to Day

  •  Craft comprehensive advertising strategies in line with business goals, target demographics, budgetary guidelines, and KPI objectives. 
  • Conduct a full account build and fine-tune ad accounts/campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, and emerging platforms that align with client needs. Likelihood of working in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads as well
  • Set up and sustain conversion tracking systems, utilizing tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) for comprehensive analytics.
  • Incorporate a strategy using your own imagination and creativity that aligns with each client’s branding, vision, and business objective.
  • Create captivating ad copy tailored to engage and resonate with the target audience and drive the desired outcome.
  • Supervise campaign budgets meticulously to guarantee efficient resource distribution.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of social ad accounts, using data to identify trends and maximize campaign effectiveness and growth. 
  • Gather feedback from users to iterate and improve advertising performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Define and refine audience targeting parameters to engage the most relevant customer segments.
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and measure the success of social ads campaigns.
  • Partner with clients or internal teams to deliver insights, updates, and recommendations for campaign enhancements.
  • Leveraging automation and other tools for process efficiency. Explore and endorse third-party tools and scripts for heightened client service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in paid advertising, Social Ads campaigns, and strategy formulation.
  • Proficiency with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience working with enterprise-level ad accounts and budgets.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on results. 
  • Experience in performance forecasting and ROI calculations.
  • Understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, including organic social, SEO, content marketing, and paid search.
