Account Manager
Oozle Media is growing their team! Oozle Media is an established digital marketing agency in the Salt Lake Valley. We work with a range of clients in the beauty, education and home service industries across the country.
We are looking for an account manager who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and is comfortable talking to clients with a wide range of personalities. Interpersonal and analytical skills are a must for a successful account manager. You will report marketing results to clients and translate your clients’ needs back to a team of graphic designers, editors, programmers, etc., but the most important part of the job is leading our long-term clients through growing their businesses via great marketing strategy.
We want our Account Managers (AM) to feel ownership over their clients’ satisfaction, driving results and identifying opportunities for client growth. An AM does this by establishing KPIs with their assigned clients, communicating progress and helping brainstorm new, exciting campaigns for clients. Our account managers have good business acumen and can help the business owners they work with feel confident in their marketing investment.
Account Manager Job Requirements
- Be the main day-to-day contact for 15-30 clients
- Create client-facing monthly reports and be able to confidently speak to your clients about their campaigns and performance; strong presentation skills
- 2-3 years of digital marketing, Client Services or Paid Search experience
- Ability to use all Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
- Familiarity with Google ads and social ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok) preferred
- Familiarity with WordPress websites
- Experience with CRMs and project management software is a plus
- Strong time-management and communication skills
- Ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties
- Understanding of performance metrics; analytical mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer facing role preferred.
